FEELING DOWN?

SENSE OF LOSS?

LONELY?

               BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT

If you find that the intensite of loss is unsettling, causing you undue grief and sadness, there is help at hand.

The Kells Bereavement Support Group is a voluntary parish based ministry which aims to help the bereaved and grieving. Although grieving is a natural process which can be helped by the understanding of friends, sometimes one may need support to work through it in a positive way.

If you have been bereaved or suffered some loss, you may wish to share your experience informally with other bereaved people in a group setting or with an individual member of the Support Group.

Support co-ordinator (Jane at 046 9249644 or Anna at 046 9241279) or the Parish Office (046 9240213, E Mail onfo @kellsparish.ie) will provide details of meetings and individual help avaiable.

Remember- it is normal to have feelings of anger, guilt, fear and depression as well as the awful pain of loss. These feelings need to be expressed rather than repressed.
