GROW
Grow is a worldwide Community Mental Health movement. It consists of a network of mutual-help groups which meet weekly. With friendly help and support one learns to overcome phobias. Anxiety, depression, panic attacks, lonliness or being ‘stuck in a rut’ Grow is open to all and the membership is free.
