SENSE OF LOSS?
If you find that the intensity of loss is unsettling, causing undue grief and sadness, there is help at hand.
The Kells Bereavement Support Group is a voluntary parish-based ministry which aims to help the bereaved and grieving. Although grieving is a natural process which can be helped by the understanding of friends, sometimes one may need support to work through it in a positive way. If you have been bereaved or suffered some loss you may wish to share your experience informally with other bereaved people in a group setting or with an individual member of the support group.
Remember, it is normal to have feelings of anger, guilt, fear and depression as well as the awful pain of loss. These feelings need to be expressed rather than repressed.
The Committee meets on the first Thursday of each Month 8-9pm in the Parish Hall, Kells (beside gates of church).
The members of the Group are Anna Brunnock, Jane Smith, Ian Fleming and Philip Fitzsimons.
Support co-ordinator (Jane at 046 9249644 or Anna at 046 9241279, 087 2973178) or the Parish Office (046 9240213, email email@example.com) will provide details of meetings and individual help available. You can also contact the group by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
